REFORM PILATES

Finally I went....jippi..my friend Sofie has been recommending reform pilates at Frame in Shoreditch for ages and today I finally went and I am in love! It was so much fun and so hard, but really feels like you work the right muscles. Will definitely have a sore body tomorrow but I am going back!

MOVEMBER

Men Get Involved

The 'Mo', slang for moustache, and November come together each year for Movember.

Each Movember we challenge men to change their appearance and the face of men's health by

growing a moustache. The moustache is our ribbon, the means by which we raise awareness

and funds for prostate cancer. Much like the commitment to run or walk for charity, our

commitment is to grow a moustache for 30 days. Funds raised benefit The Prostate Cancer Charity.

Yesterday I had brunch/early dinner at Pizza East on Shoreditch High Street. Its such a amazing venue. The interior is so nice.

NEW HOME

I am flat hunting...hate finding a new flat in London town. Stress stress stress. If you find something which doesn't look likely at the moment, you have to say yes quick before someone else crabs it under your nose.
