TOUCHE ECLAT

News from YSL, their classic Touche Eclat now out in 4 more shades in total 7 shades. 

So now you can found one for each skin color. Quite strange that they haven't done this before, since the product is such a hit, selling one pen every 10 second worldwide. 

They new shades hits stores in the UK on the 19th of May.

Can't live without Benefit Eyebrow Gel. Super! Put it on and the hair actually stay in place.

Today I have been shopping UV Make Up for someone else, very nice indeed.

4) Revlon Just Bitten lip pencils, stays on like forever!

YSL EVENT

This morning I went to an amazing YSL event, got introduced to the whole collection and specially the new eyeshadows wet and dry. I haven't really used much except from classic Touch Eclat from YSL before, but after today I defiantly will. All products from eyeshadows to lipstick have a high pigment level which I think is essential for a good beauty product.

MAC WONDER WOMAN

Mac is launching a new collection called Wonder Woman in February. 

I like the wonder woman inspiration with red lips and lots of mascara. Love to have a try on the products but not sure about the packaging, isn't a bit childish? 

You can buy this collection from Selfridges.com from the 17th of Feb and at Mac from the 3th of March. 

EYE MAKE UP REMOVER

Got a new eye make up remover that I really like, its from Origins. Well Off is a non-oil based eye make up remover that easily takes of water resistant make up. Haven't tried with waterproof jet but it works great on heavy eye make up.

Another favorite is Loreal Lip and Eye Make up remover. This one contains oil, so you shake it before use and it removes waterproof products really easy and effective. 

PERFECT NUDES

My friend Teresa Grundin recommended Estee Lauder's lipstick Vanilla Truffle for the perfect nude lip and I got the lipstick. Been working with it for a couple of jobs now and its amazing! Perfect nude coverage without looking to heavy or drying out the lips. If you also are looking for a perfect nude nail varnish Estee Lauder has on called White Beige, that is very good too!

How stylish is the Tom Ford make up range? So beautiful and stylish packaging.

SISLEY

I used Sisley Eyebrow Pencil for the first time yesterday on a job and I can really recommend them. The model had sort of a half eyebrow and the dark shade was a perfect match, the result was very natural. The pencil is really thin and a perfect powdery feel to it. Great product!

BURGUNDY

ANIMALS

What's with all the animal shaped make up?

I have mention cat lipstick from Paul and Joe before on the blog. This is eye shadows in shape of tigers from Chantecaille. Just read that when you buy this palette ( £ 73...) 5 % of the price will be donated to saving the Asian Tiger.

VICHY DERMA BLEND

Today I been on a make up event at Vichy and La Roche-Posay. What really stood out from the event was the new sticks Derma Blend from Vichy, a camouflage range for severe skin flaws like acne, burns, rosacea, scars, visible veins and pigmentary disorders. Since many people ask me mostly about products to cover pigmentation I wanted to share this product with you. Its formulated with 40 % pigment, twice the coverage of an ordinary foundation. It has a SPF 30, water resistant, fragrance free and comes in 7 shades. It comes as a foundation cream stick and as a foundation. I prefer the stick to the foundation, felt lighter and easier to blend.

Not sure if anyone will really use them on the lips though. Them looks so well crafted that you just want them as a display.

TOP SHOP MAKE UP

Finally I went to Top Shop yesterday to try out the new make up range. Quality pretty good! I bought two nail-vanishes and a lipgloss. The nail colors are amazing, the color you see in the bottle is what you get with one coat, so pigment is high. I have been tempted to try red on my lips for quite a while and I found this coral gloss that I really like. Great stuff!

And total cost £ 15, yeap £ 5 an item. Go and buy!

SHU UEMURA

I recently ran out of my Shu Uemura's Colorless Loose Powder, so I tried another brand, but it wasn't as good! I now have a new Shu Uemura one and I love it. The light texture gives a great matt finish and the result is so natural, simply the best!

NEON

I want a neon orange eyeshadow! As seen on the Giles Deacon show S/S 2010.
