NAILS

Got some more nail vanishes from the Topshop range yesterday. The colour Big Smoke (to the right) was already mine and a favorite. Extended the collection with Gone Fishing and Parma Violet. Buy them online or in store for £ 5 each.

LONDON FASHION WEEK S/S 2011

So yesterday was my first day on London Fashion Week. I started the day with being a part of amazing Sally Branka's team, we did the Emilio de la Morena show. It was a really fresh faced and high lighted cheekbones, nose and upper lip. Prepared the skin with Aveda face oil, a product I never used before but that was amazing! Felt really silky. It was a great start of the day!

Second show was House of Holland with Lucia Pica, really enjoy working with her as well! Its my third season helping her and it is always great fun. The House of Holland was full on with lots of photographers snapping away backstage. The collection had a lot of 70's references and the make up was fresh faced with a blusher in the shape of a sun tan coming over nose and down the cheeks. Used the new eyebrow pencils from MAC to shape a perfect eyebrow. Amazing glitter nails by Sophy Robson.

CND SHELLAC NAILS

News in the nail world! Shellac nail colour goes on like a polish, but lasts for 2 weeks. They promise no chipping, smudging and a constant high shine. I meet my friend Linda after she had them done and they where 1 week old, and they looked amazing and PERFECT! It takes about 10 minutes- base coat, colour, top coat and then cured under UV light. POLISHED

I love these limited edition nail polishes designed by Peter Philips. I really want the moss green shade to the left. According to style.com they are set to launch on Fashion Night Out in New York on the 10 of September. But when will they come to London Town?

Also I can really recommend Loreal Resist and Shine nail polishes for a natural looking fresh nail. I got one called pastel and it just gives you a health fresh looking nail after one application. Great product!

ESSIE MATTE FINISH

Think I have to get one off these matte topcoat from Essie, it gives a matte finish to any nail polish. Brilliant idea and great to have in your kit!

REVLON

I am really exited to try this new autumn nail colors by Revlon with a MATTE effect. I have been a fan of their nail polish range for a long time and at the moment I am a bit of obsessed by matte products. Revlon has a great vintage looking design on bottle and always high pigment in the colors.
