Make up trends for Spring/Summer 2011!

There was quite a few shows where the texture of the skin was glossy or highlighted.

Love the make up from all these 3 shows ( Versace, Gucci and Alexander Wang).

To adapt this trend to a every day make up I would recommend a highlighter like Giorgio Armani 's Fluide Sheer in Shimmering beige 2 or Pale Shimmering rose 7, MAC also do a great product called Cream Colour Base and the shade Shell or Pearl is great. I would apply the product on cheekbones, middle of the nose and upper lip. For a more glossy/wet complexion try to gently dab some face oil onto the skin.

BURBERRY BEAUTY

Creative director Christopher Bailey is launching Burberry Beauty this month, sold exclusive at Harrods. A collection perfect for peachy, English rose complexions writes Vogue Magazine and recommends the sheer foundations and natural bronzers. Sounds like a collection that would suit my pale complex, can't wait!

COLOR CHANGING MANICURE

Inspired from Sophy Robson in Elleuk Tv I have done the new hot nail trend "color changing manicure" on my nails. Mine is quite subtle cause the colors is not to different.

GIVENCHY

Once again a great new campaign from Givenchy.

I love and want to wear the red lips and while talking about it, I really like this look on Alexa Chung.

SPRING MAKE UP TRENDS

I got a comment last week if I could list some of my favorite products for Spring 2010. That made me really happy, someone is actually reading my little blog. I will do that, but first my favorite looks from the catwalk for spring 2010...are...

1) Bleached Eyebrows, can be worn with a smokey eye like at the Lanvin show or like at the Alexander McQueen quite nude.

2) Bright Color Lips, we saw them at Prada and House of Holland to name a few. I love! Specially with all clean make up and just a bright lip!

3) Bright Color Eyes, like at Giles Deacon totally amazing color! Or at the Victor and Rolf show, lots of different colors well blended and shimmery. Gorgeous!
