SUN TOUCH

So its time to get your legs out and I have tried a couple off fake tan products. I don't tan very well and even if it is really cool to be pale I quite often don't like my white legs but don't want to be orange just a warmer ton really. I tried these two:

Clinique Body Airbrush Spray:

I never really got a result cause I couldn't work the spray, so can't judge the tan. But the spray button was just hard to push and in a bad angle. Just gave up. So a NO from me.

ST. TROPEZ Bronzing Mousse: 

Didn't think I would like this product, thought it might have been to dark color for me and make it uneven. But I really loved it. Its easy to apply cause you can see the tinted mousse go on. It dries quickly. I didn't have the mitt to apply with, so had to wash my hand quickly after so they didn't tan too. But will buy the mitt application glove for a even easier apply. 

DERMALOGICA

This little amazing product saved me yesterday. Had a huge spot on my cheek, the sort that never develops its just hard and painful and never disappears. This magic thing controls the bacteria and reduces irritation while helping to clear breakouts. I just applied on the problem area before going to bed and in the morning it was 60 % better. Great product. 

GOOD STUFF!

Here is some I LOVE-products at the moment.

1) SISLEY EXPRESS FLOWER GEL, this is a fabulous face mask that is hydrating, toning and firming. Apply on clean skin and leave on for 3 minutes, blot to absorb any excess after 3 minutes. I tried this when my skin felt a bit tired and lifeless. Wouldn't really say its very hydrating, but that could be because my skin is quite dry. But my skin was glowing and more toned. Really like!

2) KMS CALIFORNIA SWEET BASIL LEAVE IN, I just LOVE this product. Smells nice, leaves my dry hair soft and really smooth to brush through. I just used this product on wet hair, but you can us it on dry hair too.

3) ESTEE LAUDER BRONZE GODDESS SELF-TAN, old favorite! Just like the smell ( really hate fake tan smells) this is just a subtle fragrant off coconut. Leave skin with a light sun touch colour and I never had any streaks from using this product. It kind of magic!

DERMANORD

After 3 days in Swedish lovely sun I developed a sun-rash; a red, itchy and burning patch on my neck and decolletage, even though I am really pale and sensitive I have never had this before. My saviour was this Aloe Vera Barbadensis from Dermanord. I kept the bottle in the fridge so the gele was extra cold when applying, now after 1 day of no sun ( due to bad weather..RAIN.. grr) and Aloe Vera gele the rash is almost gone.

SISLEY

I love this creamy mousse cleanser/ make up remover from Sisley. So easy to use and take off all make up in a second without leaving skin feeling dry.

DR. ORGANIC POMEGRANATE BODYWASH

100 % organic body wash with Pomegranate, Aloe Vera Juice, Coconut Extract and glycerin. Paraben free and No artificial colours. The antioxidant properties found in this amazing super fruit are proven to protect the skin from harmful free radicals. Me like! I bought it in Holland and Barrette. I really recommend it.

EAU THERMALE AVENE

This is a really great skin cream from Avene, I would say a budget version of Dermalogica's skin care. It is made from 67% Avene Thermal Spring Water, a unique active ingredient renowned for its soothing effect. This cream is made of only 13 carefully selected ingredient to reduce risk of irritation. Therefor is very calming on the skin. You can find this product at Boots at £12 for 40 ml.

BENEFIT

Great winter product:

Lip scrub and lip balm from Benefit, one tube exfoliates and the other smoothes and moisturizes for silky lips. Buffing lip beads contain AHA and jojova to scrub away chapped lips and dry lines. The lip balm is loaded with chamomile and vitamine E for hydrated lips. I always use this on shoots.

BOOTS No7 NIGHT CREAM

I like the Boots No7 Protect and Perfect Night Cream, have tried the beauty serum in the same range but didn't really notice any different. The night cream is smoothing and yummy, I recommend it. You can find it in any Boots shop and it will cost you £ 20.50 for 50 ml.

AROMATIC CARE

It's winter time and that for me equals dry skin.

I was given the Darphin Aromatic Chamomile Oil for the face to use as a evening treatment, and I love it! It's super nice. The Chamomile oil is suitable for all skin types but great for a sensitive skin with a prone to redness and irritation. The results; renewed radiance, soft and calm skin.

Another great oil treatment is Dr Hauschka's Rose Body Oil. Make's your skin mega soft and the warm fragrance of rose is amazing.

DERMALOGICA

I love Dermalogica! Amazing skin products that keeps my skin in perfection.

My favorites are:

Special cleansing gel, is a really great daily facial wash.

I know you should have a specific make up remover but I do cheat some times with this one, cause it's just so mild but still takes away eye make up really effective.

Active Moist, day creme. What can I say, it's just GREAT!

Daily Microfoliant, this face scrub is magic. When you pour it out from the bottle its a white powder, you then add a bit off water and it dissolves into a creamy mild exfoliator. Since it's so mild you can use it daily if you like. Its great!

PreCleanser, (see above) is a really good bonus product to have in your make up kit. This product is great if you have heavy make up on, that a normal cleanser won't take away. Pre Cleanser is a oil that you apply on dry skin, all over face, even eyes too. Massage it in then add a bit off water and massage and the rinse. Make up is gone!

BODY LOTION

Review time!!

This time for body lotions/ body creme's. The autumn and winter is on its way and I am looking for a creamy and yummy smelling moisturizer for my dry skin. I have tried these so far...

GREAT:

KIEHL'S CREME DE CORPS:

Great all-over moisturizer for a dry or very dry skin. I have used it on photo shoots and it great for giving a nice shine to the skin. It is fragrance free, which is good if you don't want it to interfere with your perfume. Picture top.

BODY SHOP BODY BUTTER-MANGO:

Yummy Yummy smelling body creme for a dry or very dry skin. Also great for photo shoots, models alway love the smell and gives great shine to the skin. For daily use it is some times to rich, I found that I like it best after a shower/bath in the evening (like a treatment) cause if you want to put clothes on straight away it normally hasn't had time to probably soak in to the skin, so a great evening body creme!

BAD:

THE ORGANIC PHARMACY-BODY LOTION ROSE

I was so exited to try their products out, cause I really love the hole organic thing and I heard so many good things about the company. Anyway.. this body lotion is a light moisturizer for I would say dry to normal skin. It has aloe, rose hip, rose and vitamin C in it, which is all great. On the bottle it says lightly fragranced...OMG it is so strong, even my boyfriend was like:

-What is that smell???

And that is why it is under bad, it's TO strong fragranced, it totally over powers everything else (your perfume, the room you are in ect..) Sorry The Organic Pharmacy...I didn't like it at all and I did try a couple of times, but will try some of your other products and hopefully they will suite me better.

AVEDA

Best hand creme at the moment, Aveda Hand Relief. They do travel size as well which is great to have in the handbag.

ESTEE LAUDER BRONZE GODDESS

I can really recommend this wonderful smelling body creme from Estee Lauder. It give great moisture and a natural-looking tan develops gradually. The best thing though is the great smell, no fake-tan-old-cake smell, just tropical niceness.

LOREAL SOLAR EXPERTIS

When the sun finally showed itself on this holiday I used this great sun protection for the face. It has spf 50 and with a matte finish! When sunblocks for the face normal leaves a shiny finish on the face, this one do not. Its perfect!

TRILOGY

I really recommend this fantastic face wash, I have been looking for something organic and good for a long time and found this one in Boots Bond Street. Trilogy is a brand from New Zealand that use 100% Natural Active Ingredients in there products. I use the Balancing Gel Cleanser with purifying extracts from elderberry and cucumber AMAZING. Bonus: you can use it around your eye area without it hurting your eyes.

DERMANORD

Try the best salt scrub ever!! From Dermanord, swedish organic skin care company. Makes my dry skin smooth as a baby and I love the fresh fragrance of lemongrass and lavander!

LANCOME

I am totally in love with Eau Micellaire Douceur from Lancome. It is a express cleansing water that can be used on face,eyes and lips. I use it mostly as a really good and gentle eye make up remover, takes away even waterproof mascara without any hard work. And it leave skin feeling fresh and smooth. GREAT ALL-IN-ONE PRODUCT!
